Mary Harboe invited me to be on her show to discuss recent developments in hypnosis as she has a fascination for the subject.
I said I would do something "special" for the show. All Mary needed to do was find a listener with a very strong phobia, who was happy to have their phobia easily removed in less than 30 minutes.
I was to introduced to Katie, a listener who spelled out her life long phobia of birds which has created huge amounts of stress during holidays and daily life.
