What causes Stage Fright?
Stage Fright - Unwarranted fear response to the thought of or reality of being on stage
Most people encounter the phobia when in early years at school or after a bad experience, high pressure presentation.
For those who need to present ot perform regularly it can be traumatic. For some from the moment they begin to prepare or start performing the fear usually begins.
It is normal for most to have a natural concern going on stage. Beyond this you may be one of the unfortunates who has been stuck with this fear for years.
The initial phobia response is usually learned early in life and sometimes can be caused by an earlier phobia/s predisposing people to develop a "chain of phobias"
